ARCAIRA, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, logos, and other original materials provided by Azzu Media, is owned by or licensed to Azzu Media and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit ARCAIRA or its proprietary materials without authorization.
ARCAIRA provides AI-powered features that generate responses based on your input and the information available to the relevant AI system.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. You should not rely on AI-generated content as professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice.
You are responsible for how you use AI-generated responses and should independently evaluate information before relying on it.
Certain ARCAIRA features may require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, billing periods, and available features are presented before purchase.
Payments and subscription billing are processed through our payment provider. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges associated with your subscription.
Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms presented at the time of purchase unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
Refunds are handled according to the refund terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.
You may not use ARCAIRA to violate applicable laws, interfere with the operation or security of the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or misuse the service or its infrastructure.
You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, account restrictions, or other technical controls implemented by ARCAIRA.

We do not guarantee that ARCAIRA will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You may stop using ARCAIRA at any time and may request deletion of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access to ARCAIRA if you violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, or otherwise misuse the service.
We may also take action to protect ARCAIRA, its users, or the security and integrity of our systems.

We make no warranties that the service or AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, available, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Azzu Media and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of ARCAIRA.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
